The Artress, Jai Raines, was born in Rancho Cordova, CA and raised in Missouri. She was always drawn to the bright colors and beauty around her — confident in her artistic gifts from a young age.
In 2013, Jai returned to college. In 2016 she earned her BA in Psychology and began weaving life coaching into her art through Artress Therapy and Artress Corner.
Today, Jai serves as Supervisor for the 988 Crisis Line — a role that reflects her lifelong calling to hold space for people in their most vulnerable moments.
